More Detail

Over 6 Years Post-Chartership Experience

Welcome. I'm Cristian. I'm a chartered and registered clinical psychologist - I support individuals, couples and families with their emotional wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a clinical psychologist.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment appointment in West End, London or Bloomsbury, London.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy concentrates on how your thoughts (cognitions) influence your feelings and actions. It identifies and challenges unhelpful thoughts which maintain the problems you encounter. The aim of CBT is for you to experience healthier thoughts and feelings.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends CBT for depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and self harm.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy concentrates on your narrative about your life. It fosters your understanding of your narrative and why it influences you. The aim of narrative therapy is to help you create a different path for your life.

Psychology

Psychology is interested in you and your thoughts, emotions and actions. It offers you psychological treatments and mental health support. An objective of psychological therapy is to help you alleviate symptoms.

Systemic Therapy

Systemic therapy concentrates on the organisation of interactions between you and people. It identifies the interactions which maintain the relationship conflicts you encounter. Systemic therapy seeks to help you improve how you communicate with others.
