More Detail

10+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I'm Corinne. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus involves anger, relationship problems and stress, as well as the particular issues faced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment helps you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment session in Brockley, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which issue concerning your childhood or adulthood you discuss. The aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and find a solution that is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It considers your ideas, feelings and relevant events in your history. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or find suitable ways of managing.
