Hi. I am Christopher. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their mental health. I have private, public and voluntary sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus involves depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and relationship problems, and the particular problems experienced by men and women.
