My focus involves depression, relationship problems and stress, and the particular difficulties experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment appointment helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment appointment in Ealing, London.

Client Centred Therapy

Client centred therapy focuses on appreciating and supporting you. It facilitates your honesty around the worries you encounter. Client centred therapy aims to help you find your own answers.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what issue regarding your childhood and/or adulthood you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and find a solution that is appropriate for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapies to suit your preferences and the issues you encounter. It explores your personal experiences and options. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you advance your self-understanding.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It considers your ideas, emotions and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or discover appropriate methods of coping.
