More Detail

Over 5 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I'm Caroline. I'm a registered psychodynamic psychotherapist - I help individuals with their emotional health. I have private sector experience as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. My interest includes depression, relationship problems and self esteem, and the specific issues faced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session enables you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment session in Hackney, London.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy centres on the unconscious causes of the issues you encounter. It facilitates you in becoming aware of parts of your inner dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy aims to increase your self-understanding to give you options.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) indicates psychodynamic therapy for anorexia nervosa and depression.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your thoughts, emotions and significant moments in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or discover appropriate methods of managing.
