More Detail

Over 6 Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hello. I am Anne. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their emotional health. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus involves bereavement, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and relationship problems, and the specific problems experienced by men.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment session in Chadlington, Chipping Norton.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what issue concerning your early years or adulthood you discuss. The objective of counselling is to help you to talk about a difficulty and discover a solution which is appropriate for you.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It explores your ideas, feelings and significant moments in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or find suitable methods of managing.

Transactional Analysis (TA)

Transactional analysis focuses on the modes you use to interact with yourself and others. It considers the impact of your pre-conscious life plan and how to improve it. TA seeks to help you acknowledge your worth and capacity to grow.
