Welcome. I am Anne Fullam. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals with their mental wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. What to Expect

An initial assessment meeting helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment appointment in Oxford Circus, London.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy concentrates on how your thoughts (cognitions) affect your feelings and actions. It identifies and addresses unhelpful thoughts that perpetuate the issues you experience. The aim of CBT is for you to experience healthier thoughts and feelings.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) indicates cognitive behavioural therapy for depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and self harm.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what matter concerning your early years or adulthood you explore. An aim of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and discover a solution that is appropriate for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapeutic approaches to suit your needs and the problems you encounter. It considers your subjective experience and choices. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you face. It explores your thoughts, emotions and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or find suitable ways of managing.
