5+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I'm Anna. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor - I help individuals with their psychological wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a counsellor. My interest includes Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as the specific problems experienced by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment appointment allows you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment meeting in Canterbury or Folkestone.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide which issue regarding your childhood or adult life you explore. The objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and discover a solution which is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.
