What to Expect

An introductory assessment appointment enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment meeting in Maida Vale, London or Deal.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide what matter concerning your childhood or adulthood you explore. An aim of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and find a way forward which is appropriate for you.
