Welcome. I am Anja Trenkle. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals with their emotional wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session helps you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy could benefit you. Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what issue regarding your early years or adult life you explore. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and discover a solution that is right for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapeutic approaches to fit your preferences and the problems you encounter. It explores your personal experience and options. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your ideas, feelings and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or find appropriate methods of managing.
