What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment enables you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment session in Barnes, London or West End, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which issue concerning your childhood or adulthood you explore. The aim of counselling is to help you to speak about a difficulty and find a way forward that is appropriate for you.

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Angela is easy to talk to, empathic, perceptive and kind. She helped me look at the various stories I had told myself about my life and question whether they still held true; eventually I was able to leave behind those that no longer fitted and live my life in a more authentic, more fulfilling and less rigid way. I have recommended her to others who are looking for a therapist and have no hesitation in endorsing her."
