Welcome. I am Alex. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals with their emotional wellbeing. I have private and public sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes depression, relationship problems and self esteem, and the particular challenges encountered by men and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment meeting enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you.
