What to Expect

A preliminary assessment meeting enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what troubles you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment meeting in Oxford Circus, London.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy centres on the unconscious causes of the issues you encounter. It facilitates you in becoming conscious of parts of your internal dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy seeks to increase your self-comprehension to give you choices.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends psychodynamic therapy for anorexia nervosa, depression, self harm and social anxiety disorder.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your thoughts, emotions and relevant moments in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover suitable ways of managing.
