Over 4 Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hello. I'm Aileen George. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor - I assist individuals with their psychological wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a counsellor. My interest involves abuse, and the particular obstacles encountered by women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session helps you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what troubles you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment appointment in Fleet or Odiham, Hook.

Client Centred Therapy

Client centred therapy concentrates on appreciating and accepting you. It encourages your honesty around the worries you encounter. Client centred therapy seeks to help you discover your own solutions.

(1 Review)
Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter concerning your early years and/or adult life you explore. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and find a solution which is right for you.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy centres on the unconscious meaning of the issues you encounter. It facilitates you in becoming aware of parts of your inner dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy aims to enhance your self-comprehension to give you choices.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends psychodynamic therapy for depression and self harm.

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Aileen is a fantastic therapist. She helped me understand the issues I was having and gave excellent advice on how to cope and deal with things. I would have no issue in seeing Aileen again if ever I needed to as she has a way about her that relaxes you and makes you feel safe to be open and honest. Her techniques are good and make you look at things from a different perspective."
