Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter concerning your childhood and/or adult life you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and discover a solution that is right for you.

Psychology is interested in you and your thoughts, emotions and actions. It offers you psychological interventions and mental health support. The objective of psychological therapy is to help you alleviate symptoms.

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Apart from the obvious therapist qualities of integrity, intuition and empathy, Abigail was honest and persistent. It was hard work at times, but worth it. Mostly I enjoyed the sessions though! And critically, it worked. I believe I overcame my problems, no-one else fixed them - and I'm very happy now - but Abigail made a huge difference. She counselled me when in crisis and supported me as I (finally!) worked things out. I highly recommend her."
