General Usage
This Website, including all content provided by RSCPP to both the Customer and the Therapist, is protected by the intellectual property rights of RSCPP, including but not limited to copyright and trade marks. Except as expressly authorised by RSCPP, both the Customer and the Therapist may not copy, download, adapt, alter, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, communicate or make available to the public or create derivative works of any element of this Website or the Website Services.
Both the Customer and the Therapist agree that neither of them shall not use any device, software or routine to knowingly or intentionally interfere with the proper working of the Website or the Website Services or cause any virus, bug or other interference to be introduced into the Website, Website Services or any System.
The Customer shall not make any unsolicited face to face visits or telephone calls to the Therapist or RSCPP.
Both the Customer and the Therapist shall ensure that no information provided on either of their behalf is obscene, defamatory or threatening or breaches any intellectual property or other rights of others and/or damages any of RSCPP's hardware or software or any hardware or software of parties connected to this Website.
