The Customer agrees to then complete and submit the online registration form. The Customer agrees to authenticate their registered email address by entering the authentication code at the Website, which the Website will automatically email to the Customer's registered email address only once the Customer has submitted their online registration form.

The information required for the online registration form is detailed within 'Online Registration Form' under 'Information Required from the Customer in Order to Provide the Website Services and the Clinical Services' in the Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

The Customer understands that booking is time sensitive: a Clinical Service can be taken by another person up until the point that confirmation of booking of that Clinical Service is displayed to the Customer at the Website. If the Customer selects a Clinical Service that has been taken by another person, the Customer will have to select another Clinical Service if the Therapist has clinical availability.

Online Assessment Form

After booking their first Clinical Service with the Therapist, the Customer must complete and then submit the online assessment form to the Therapist for all Clinical Services: it is for the Customer's own safety and benefit and will help the Therapist make the assessment. The Customer will only be required to fill out the online assessment form once.

The information required for the online assessment form is detailed within 'Online Assessment Form' under 'Information Required from the Customer in Order to Provide the Website Services and the Clinical Services' in the Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Guidance on Clinical Matters

Assessment: the Customer understands that the Therapist may require further assessment information from the Customer in order to decide if the Clinical Service the Customer has booked, whether face to face, by telephone, or encrypted email, is appropriate or not for the Customer and the problems the Customer was or is experiencing.

The Customer understands that each further assessment Clinical Service is chargeable. The fees for Clinical Services are detailed within the 'Fee Band Table' in 'Costs' in 'The Services' which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Duration: face to face Clinical Services are of approximately fifty minutes duration although this is a clinical matter for the Therapist and so the time duration may vary.

Telephone Clinical Services are of approximately fifty minutes duration although this is a clinical matter for the Therapist and so the time duration may vary.

Encrypted email Clinical Services will take the Therapist approximately fifty minutes to read and respond to the online assessment form, and will take the Therapist approximately the same time for each four hundred word limit the Customer writes up and the Therapist responds to for further assessment and email counselling correspondence, although this is a clinical matter for the Therapist and so the time duration may vary.

Contact details: during the provision of the Therapist's Clinical Services and only when the Therapist is on an ongoing usage fee agreement the Customer is advised to keep the Therapist informed of any change in their contact details and/or their GP's contact details, by submitting such details to the Therapist via the Customer's 'change details' webpage in the logged-in area of the Website. When the Therapist is on a face to face referral fee agreement identifiable to the Customer by the inclusion of 'Book subsequent appointments' on the Therapist's web profile, the Customer should inform the Therapist directly or via RSCPP by telephone of any change to their contact details or their GP's contact details.

Changing Clinical Services: if the Customer wishes to change between face to face counselling psychotherapy psychoanalysis or psychology, telephone counselling, and encrypted email counselling, the Customer is advised to discuss this matter with the Therapist first as the Therapist may want to establish whether a different type of Clinical Service is appropriate or not for the Customer and the problems the Customer was or is experiencing.

Changing Therapists: if the Customer wishes to change their current Therapist for another Therapist, the Customer may wish to discuss this matter with their current Therapist first.

Registered Email Address

If the Customer decides to work with another Therapist via the Website the Customer must re-register to do so. The Customer must understand that they will not be able to use one registered email address to access the Website in connection with more than one Therapist. The Customer is therefore advised to register with a different email address if they choose to work with another therapist, so that they can access information they have saved on the website in connection with both Therapists.

The Customer will not be able to use any email address to log-in and view their information so far saved at the Website other than their currently registered email address(es). If the Customer forgets or looses any registered email address(es) they must re-register if they want to receive any Website Services or new Clinical Services.

NB. By registering for the Website Services and by providing any Clinical Services via or in connection with the Website, the Therapist is confirming unequivocally the following: that they agree to the terms of this agreement; that both RSCPP and the Customer may use any personal information disclosed by the Therapist in accordance with the Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions; and that the Therapist will not provide any information to either RSCPP, the Website, or the Customer, which they are not entitled to provide or which infringes any law or regulation.

Costs

The Customer will only receive the Clinical Service(s) of the Therapist once the Customer has confirmed any Clinical Service(s) that they require by paying for the Clinical Service(s) in advance via the Website Services.

Display of fees

The fees payable by the Customer ('Customer' in the 'Fee Band Table') for the Clinical Service(s) of the Therapist, will be shown only for any available Clinical Service(s) on both the Therapist's profile webpage and the Customer's 'select pay confirm' payment webpage.

Therapist's Financial Agreements

The Therapist must select either a face to face referral fee agreement or an ongoing usage fee agreement:

Face to face referral fee agreement: the Therapist must only provide face to face Clinical Services via the Website Services. RSCPP will retain the initial fee the Customer pays via the Website Services for the first face to face Clinical Service assessment appointment as a one off referral fee ('referral' in the 'Fee Band Table'). The Customer must arrange and pay for any subsequent appointments directly with the Therapist who will keep the payments. If the Customer pays for the first face to face Clinical Service assessment appointment with the Therapist via the Website Services and does not book any subsequent appointments directly with the Therapist within six weeks of the first face to face Clinical Service assessment appointment taking place, RSCPP will retain 50% of the initial fee the Customer pays via the Website Services and pay the remaining 50% of the initial fee to the Therapist. The Therapist's profile webpage will state that the first appointment is bookable online and that subsequent appointments are bookable directly with the Therapist. The Therapist will be responsible for their own booking arrangements for any subsequent appointments.

Ongoing usage fee agreement: the Therapist must not only provide face to face Clinical Services, but must provide face to face and/or telephone and/or encrypted email Clinical Services via the Website Services. The Customer must book all ongoing Clinical Services via the Website Services. RSCPP will retain twenty percent of each payment made by the Customer as a usage of the Website Services fee for the Therapist's use of the Website Services ('rscpp' in the 'Fee Band Table'). RSCPP will pay the Therapist their clinical fee of eighty percent of each payment made by the Customer ('therapist' in the 'Fee Band Table') within thirty five days of RSCPP receiving each payment from the Customer. RSCPP will email the Therapist any appropriate payment advice. In order for RSCPP to pay the Therapist, the Therapist must provide RSCPP with their bank account details including their account sort code, and account number, when the Therapist registers at the Website.

On an ongoing usage fee agreement once the Customer has booked the first Clinical Service with the Therapist via the Website Services: the Customer must book any subsequent Clinical Service and all ongoing Clinical Services that they wish to receive from the Therapist via the Website Services and not directly with the Therapist; if RSCPP discovers that the Customer has booked any one or more of the Therapist’s Clinical Service(s) directly with the Therapist and that by the Customer doing so the Therapist agreed to this then the Therapist’s Website Services registration will be cancelled by RSCPP as this will be considered a serious breach of trust; in this case RSCPP will email the Therapist two weeks notice of Website Services registration cancellation at the Therapist’s registered email address; it will be the sole responsibility of the Therapist to make alternative arrangements for continuing the provision of their Clinical Service(s) to the Customer and any other Customer(s) they are providing any Clinical Service(s) to via or in connection with the Website; where a Customer has not booked one of the Therapist’s Clinical Services for a period of two weeks or more RSCPP will email the Therapist at their registered email address asking the Therapist to confirm by return email that the Customer no longer wishes to receive the Therapist’s Clinical Service(s); the Therapist must supply this information or provide a satisfactory reason without including clinical information by replying to RSCPP via their email within one week of the email being sent; if the Therapist is unable to provide a satisfactory answer RSCPP reserves the right to either suspend or cancel the Therapist’s Website Services registration; RSCPP reserves the right to take action to both establish and recover from the Therapist any usage fees the Therapist has denied RSCPP.

Face to Face Offline Referral Fee

When the Customer contacts RSCPP before booking any face to face Clinical Service with the Therapist via the Website, RSCPP may deem it appropriate to provide the Customer with the Telephone number of the Therapist. RSCPP will inform the Therapist that their telephone number has been given to the Customer. The Therapist agrees that should this action result in the Customer booking a face to face Clinical Service directly with the Therapist, the Therapist will telephone RSCPP immediately to inform RSCPP of the booking and then pay RSCPP an offline referral fee, either by sending a cheque to RSCPP or by paying RSCPP online once RSCPP has provided the Therapist with the RSCPP account details. The Therapist agrees that the offline referral fee will be equivalent to the referral fee within the fee band the Therapist is registered on at the Website, or if the Customer does not book any subsequent appointments directly with the Therapist within six weeks of the first face to face Clinical Service taking place the Therapist agrees that the offline referral fee will be 50% of the referral fee within the fee band the Therapist is registered on at the Website, whether the Therapist is registered at the Website on a face to face referral fee agreement or an ongoing usage fee agreement. Upon receipt of the cheque RSCPP will email the Therapist a receipt.

Website Profile and Premium Listing Fee

Whether the Therapist selects either a face to face referral fee agreement or an ongoing usage fee agreement, the Therapist agrees either to a free web profile webpage, or the Therapist agrees to pay RSCPP for a premium listing for their web profile webpage at a fee of £10 per month and agrees to pay this fee by direct debit or similar arrangement from the time the Therapist requests a premium listing from RSCPP for their web profile webpage on the Website. The Therapist agrees to pay RSCPP this fee pro rata on a monthly basis - e.g. if the Therapist requests a premium listing half way through a month RSCPP will not charge the Therapist for the whole of that month, RSCPP will charge the Therapist for the remaining half of that month and the following month and the Therapist agrees to to pay for their premium listing on this basis. Alternatively the Therapist may pay RSCPP in advance for a premium listing for a year at a fee of £100 in which case the Therapist agrees to pay for their premium listing on this basis. RSCPP will contact the Therapist in order to request their bank account details including the account holder name, sort code, and account number in order for RSCPP to arrange the direct debit or similar arrangement. Premium listing fees are non-refundable.

Fee Bands

Any Clinical Services the Therapist provides to the Customer via the Website Services on either a face to face referral fee agreement or an ongoing usage fee agreement will come within the fee band the Therapist selects. The Therapist must therefore select one fee band from the bands A to K from the 'Fee Band Table':

Notes on Fees

1) All fees are inclusive of Protx and Lloyds TSB Cardnet transaction charges and card issuer charges. 2) All fees are in pounds sterling. 3) The country of merchant domicile is the UK. 4) All prices are current at the time of publication on the Website. 5) Changes in prices are effective from being published on the Website. 6) RSCPP reserves the right to change the prices without notice in the event of errors or omissions. 7) Fees will be reviewed annually.

Calculation of encrypted email fees: the fees shown under 'Customer' in the 'Fee Band Table' for encrypted email Clinical Services, (post online assessment form information only), are for each four hundred words the Customer writes up to and submits to the Therapist for a response from the Therapist. If the Customer writes up to eight hundred words it will cost them twice as much, and so on in multiples of four hundred. The Website will inform the Customer whenever they have written a block of four hundred words, and let them know whether they need to make a further payment to continue. Alternatively, the Customer may wish to edit their email back down below the last four hundred block. If the Customer pays to write up to eight hundred words, and uses less than four hundred, they will be able to write another email up to four hundred words later.

Payment Method

RSCPP can only accept payments online via the Website.

In compliance with Protx & Lloyds TSB Cardnet standard procedures, RSCPP will communicate the following information to the Customer on the payment webpage before the payment process begins: 'Please note: Clinical Services are only for adult UK residents/UK cardholders. RSCPP’s country of merchant domicile is the UK. All fees are in pounds sterling. Refunds are subject to a 25% non-refundable website services deduction and are only made for face to face and telephone appointments if you provide 48 hours or more cancellation notice, and encrypted emails you do not send to your therapist for a response'.

More information on payment, and information on payment security and Customer confirmation is detailed in 'Card Transaction Privacy & Security' in the Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
