This agreement is between three parties:
- the website owner and provider, RSCPP Ltd, ("RSCPP");
- the unregistered customer, or registered customer of this website ("Customer");
- the unregistered therapist, or registered therapist of this website, meaning counsellor and/or psychotherapist and/or psychoanalyst and/or psychologist whom the registered Customer requests clinical services from, for ease of reference ("Therapist").
When the Customer requests clinical services from Richard Snowdon in his role as a Therapist, Richard Snowdon is referred to as both RSCPP and the Therapist.
This agreement applies to both the Customer's use and the Therapist's use of this Website (“the Website”), and any products or services that RSCPP provides to either the Customer or the Therapist in connection with the Website ("the Website Services"), and any products or services that the Therapist provides to the Customer via or in connection with the Website Services (“the Clinical Services”).
RSCPP has written this agreement both to include and protect the Customer and the Therapist and RSCPP, by preventing confusion and misunderstanding, and to ensure that we all act fairly towards each other in one agreement that is accessible to all three parties. Both the Customer's full acceptance and the Therapist's full acceptance of this agreement is an essential condition of both the Customer's use and the Therapist use of this Website, the Website Services, and the respective receipt and provision of Clinical Services and so both the Customer and the Therapist should please read it carefully.
RSCPP may update this agreement from time to time without notice to either the Customer or the Therapist by publishing changes online. Both the Customer and the Therapist should therefore review this agreement from time to time.
