General Information
RSCPP shall be entitled to assign its rights under this agreement without either the Customer's or the Therapist's prior approvals and may sub-contract the whole or any part of its obligations under this agreement without any such approvals.
Any failure by RSCPP to exercise or enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, void and/or unenforceable, such provision or part shall not affect, and shall be deemed to be severed from, the remainder of this agreement to the extent that the remainder shall be or continue to be fully valid and enforceable.
This agreement and the relationship between all three parties shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be decided exclusively by the English courts.
RSCPP the Customer and the Therapist are each independent contractors and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement.
