Both the Customer's use and the Therapist's use of the Website is at their individual sole risks. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and RSCPP does not guarantee that the Website will be suitable for either the Customer's purposes and requirements or the Therapist's purposes and requirements.

Simply by making this Website available, no medical, client, advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship is implicated or established between any of the three parties.

RSCPP can take no responsibility for losses or damage caused by the Customer's failure to provide correct information or provision of false information during any Website Service and/or any Clinical Service regarding (but not limited to) the Customer's psychiatric history, suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviour.

RSCPP will take reasonable steps to ensure the Therapist is qualified to provide the Clinical Services (see 'Eligibility' under 'Therapist's Use of the Website Services'). RSCPP can take no responsibility for losses or damage caused by the Therapist providing false information or withholding information regarding (but not limited to) their suitability to provide any Clinical Service. The Customer understands that the information on the Therapist's profile webpage is supplied by the Therapist.

RSCPP is not party to and has no clinical involvement in any Clinical Service(s) the Therapist provides to the Customer and therefore cannot be held responsible for any Clinical Service(s) that the Therapist provides to the Customer. The Customer is a clinical client/patient, or analysand, of the Therapist depending on whether the Therapist respectively provides counselling/psychotherapy/psychology, or psychoanalysis.

RSCPP takes reasonable care to ensure that the Website and the Website Services including notifications, encrypted emails, and non-encrypted emails do not contain any software viruses, bugs or other interference, however RSCPP cannot offer any warranties in this respect and both the Customer and the Therapist shall be individually responsible for ensuring that their firewalls protect them adequately in this respect. RSCPP does not accept responsibility for any loss arising from unauthorised access to, or interference with, any Internet communications by any third party, or from the transmission of any viruses.

The content on this Website has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice. RSCPP uses reasonable care in compiling and presenting the content, but RSCPP can give no guarantee that the content is complete, accurate or up to date.

RSCPP shall be entitled to monitor the Website as often as, and in such manner as, RSCPP sees fit. RSCPP shall further be entitled to suspend the operation of the Website, or any of the Website Services, temporarily or permanently, for any reason whatsoever, subject to both the Customer's rights and the Therapist's rights in relation to any Website Services or Clinical Services already booked.
