Breach & Termination
Should either the Customer or the Therapist give RSCPP any false information either during the registration process, or thereafter, RSCPP shall be entitled to treat the Customer's contract or the Therapist's contract with RSCPP as null and void.
Without prejudice to any other remedies which may exist, if either the Customer or the Therapist fail to comply with the terms of this agreement, RSCPP shall be entitled to treat the contract then in existence in relation to Website Services as discharged by such breach, immediately following notice from RSCPP.
In the event that this Agreement is terminated, either the Customer or the Therapist must pay RSCPP any charges outstanding at the time of termination.
