RSCPP Ltd was founded and is wholly owned by Richard Snowdon and Tommy Newman. Richard Snowdon MA is a BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) Accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and a UKRC (United Kingdom Register of Counsellors) Registered Independent Counsellor. Tommy Newman MEng, Master in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, has worked as both a Web Developer and a Technical Project Manager.

RSCPP Website Services
RSCPP is a referral and booking agency for connecting people to therapists across the UK. RSCPP provides the following Website Services via this Website to Customers and Therapists:
- a Therapist's profile webpage which includes the Therapist's professional details, six weeks in advance clinical availability with fees, updates after each booking, and daily deletion of any unbooked appointments due the following day, from which the Customer can learn of and about the Therapist, and decide whether or not to register at the Website in order to book the Therapist's available Clinical Service(s);
- a logged-in area of the Website employing SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit Encryption, Protx & Lloyds TSB Cardnet Payment Processing, and a 'select | pay | confirm' payment webpage personalised to the Therapist which includes the Therapist's six weeks in advance clinical availability with fees, the ability to book one then multiple bookings, updates after each booking, and daily deletion of any unbooked appointments due the following day, from which the Customer can select and pay for the Therapist's available Clinical Services and receive online booking confirmation once a booking has been made;
- a logged-in area of the Website employing AES encryption and SHA1 one way password encoding in which the Customer and the Therapist can draft receive send and store their clinical correspondence to and from each other;
- a notification system to notify the Customer at the Customer's registered email address of clinical or administrative information from the Therapist waiting for the Customer at the Website;
- a notification system to notify the Therapist at the Therapist's registered email address of clinical, administrative, or booking information from the Customer waiting for the Therapist at the Website;
- search engine optimisation of the Therapist's profile webpage in order for potential Customers to find the Therapist' details on the Website;
- and the Website content.
