Telephone Counselling - Phone a Therapist
We provide telephone counselling across the UK. Our telephone clients are
individuals. Our phone therapy fees range from £20 to £100. We know
that practical, psychological, physical or financial considerations make telephone counselling the best option for many people. People's psychological and emotional health is as important
as their physical health. We aim to help you take care of your own
psychological and emotional wellbeing.

Confidentiality and Trust
Telephone counselling is confidential. Knowing this will help you trust
your
therapist with your problem, so your therapist can help you.
Confidentiality is only broken when someone is at risk of harm.
Your therapist will give you professional insight, within a
consistent and mutually respectful therapeutic relationship. Your
telephone counsellor will not judge you or tell you how to live your life. Many
people choose to phone a telephone therapist for these reasons.
Phone Therapy
Consider telephone counselling, generally a short term therapy, if you want
to focus on finding solutions to a recent problem. At your first phone counselling appointment you can discuss your problem, ask
some questions, see if telephone therapy may help you, and arrange to talk again
if you and your phone therapist think it is the best way forward.
