Face to face and telephone appointments
Once you have arranged an appointment with a therapist,

Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm excl. Bank Holidays.
Securely pay online in advance
The therapist will add the appointment online. Click 'Register' on the therapist's profile to securely pay and receive confirmation. Pay online up until 8pm the day before the appointment.

Arranged appointments remain chargeable. Refunds apply only if you provide 48 hours or more cancellation or rescheduling notice and include a 25% non-refundable administration deduction.
Email counselling

Click 'Register' on the therapist's profile to securely pay and receive confirmation. Refunds apply only for unsent purchased emails and include a 25% non-refundable administration deduction.
Security
To protect your sensitive data we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 Bit Encryption (click the 'Secured' logo to verify), AES Encryption, Protx (certified by Verisign), Lloyds TSB Cardnet, Verified by Visa and MasterCard Securecode. Your information will not be shared with anyone else unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Notes: We can only accept payments from UK cardholders/residents. Our country of domicile is the UK. Please note that you are responsible for your internet charges, and the cost of your telephone calls to your therapist whose telephone number is a landline charged at standard rates or a mobile or an 0845 number charged at local rates. All prices are current at the time of publication on the Website. Changes in prices are effective from being published on the Website. RSCPP reserves the right to change our prices without notice in the event of errors or omissions.
