Online Counselling - Email a Therapist

Email a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), British Psychological Society (BPS), UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Therapist

We provide online counselling in the UK. Our online clients are individuals. Our online therapy fees range from £10 to £60. We realise that practical, psychological, physical or financial considerations may make online counselling the best option for you. We provide email counselling in a secure area of RSCPP using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 Bit Encryption and AES Encryption to protect your sensitive information.

Confidentiality and Trust

Online counselling is confidential. Knowing this will help you trust your therapist with your problem, so your therapist can help you. Confidentiality is only broken when someone is at risk of harm. Your therapist will give you professional insight, within a consistent and mutually respectful online therapeutic relationship. Your therapist will not judge you or tell you how to live your life. Many people choose to email an online therapist for these reasons.

Our Site Will Guide You Through the Online Counselling Process...

Begin by selecting a therapist with the Find a Therapist box. Our online profiles include our fee per online counselling response, how long we spend on each response, and how long online counselling may take. Click 'Register' above your chosen therapist's profile. Authenticate your registered email address once so we can notify you when your therapist responds. Securely pay online. Receive confirmation. Complete and send one online assessment form - write up to 24,000 characters about your problems and ask any questions. Be notified of the response within 48 hours (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Log-in at RSCPP to read the actual response and reply using one or more blocks of 400 words to receive the next response. Save drafts and continue later, or send. Reflect on your email counselling correspondence at any time.
