    Confidentiality - Trust - Insight

Online therapy is confidential. A confidential therapeutic relationship helps a person trust their therapist with the problem they are experiencing. Confidentiality is only broken when someone is believed to be at risk of harm. An online therapist reads to understand, provides professional insight, and assists a person to find their own answer that is right for them, within a non judgemental, consistent, and mutually respectful therapeutic relationship. For these reasons, many people email a therapist.

    How it Works

    • Select a therapist with the Find a Therapist box
    • Therapist's profiles include fees, time spent on responses, and approximate length of therapy
    • Establish initial contact with a therapist via the Contact Me tab on their profile
    • Your therapist will email you a secure link to pay, receive receipt and start in our secure area
    • Use an online form to write up to 24,000 characters about the problems and ask any questions
    • Be notified at your email address of your therapist's response within 2 working days
    • Log-in at rscpp.co.uk to read the actual response
    • Pay, receive receipt, reply using 1 or more blocks of 400 words to receive the next response
    • Draft, send, or reflect on correspondence at any time
