Face to Face Counselling, Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis

We provide counselling, psychotherapy and psychoanalysis in 530 locations across London and the UK. Our clients are private individuals, couples, families and groups. Our face to face therapy fees range from £25 to £185. We know that people's psychological and emotional health is as important as their physical health. We aim to help you take care of your own psychological and emotional wellbeing, in a confidential and comfortable environment near you.

Our Professional Bodies

British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), British Association for Sexual and Relationship Therapy (BASRT), British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), British Psychological Society (BPS), College of Psychoanalysts - UK (CP-UK), Health Professions Council (HPC), UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), UK Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP).

Confidentiality and Trust

Therapy is confidential. Knowing this will help you trust your therapist with your problem, so your therapist can help you. Confidentiality is only broken when someone is at risk of harm. Your therapist will give you professional insight, within a consistent and mutually respectful therapeutic relationship. Your therapist will not judge you or tell you how to live your life. For these reasons, many people choose to talk to a therapist rather than someone they know.

Therapy

Consider counselling, generally a short term therapy, if you want to focus on finding solutions to a recent problem. Consider psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, longer term therapies, if you think the causes of your problem may be rooted in the past, or if your problem is severe. At your first appointment you can discuss your problem, ask some questions, see if therapy may help you, and arrange to meet again if you and your therapist think it is the best way forward.
