Authentication Code
Q - I can't find my authentication code?
A - Check this list:
Check your junk/spam folder.
Ensure it arrives in your registered email address inbox: add info@information-notifications.co.uk
to your email contacts/safe list - this is the address it is sent from.
Q - I requested a new authentication code: why is it taking so long to arrive?
A - Occasionally the internet is slow: you may have to wait for it to arrive. If the internet is slow, and you repeatedly request new authentication codes, if your first one arrives, and you enter it at the website, it will not work, as you have requested others: the website will only recognise the last authentication code you requested. So please do not repeatedly request new authentication codes.
If you want a new one: log-in and click on 'Get a New Authentication Code' on the 'Authenticate Email' webpage.
Blue Timer
When you are logged-in you'll see a 'Logged-in' timer at the top of the website. It starts at 10 minutes and starts counting down. It will only get to 0 when it will automatically log you out if you have not clicked a webpage or entered text into a field on the website for 10 minutes (If you have it will reset itself to 10). It does this to protect your privacy: if you are in the company of others and leave your computer unattended, logging you out reduces the chance of others seeing your information.

Email Address
You can only use the email address you registered with. You cannot change it. If you want to use another email address you will have to re-register: you will be unable to access the information you accessed with your old email address via your new email address
Encrypted Email
Each encrypted email you write to your therapist is charged by blocks of 400 words. If you write up to 400 words it will cost you your therapists fee for one block of 400 words. If you write up to 800 words it will cost you twice as much. And so on in multiples of 400. The Website will inform you whenever you have written a block of 400 words, and let you know whether you need to make a further payment to continue. Alternatively, you may wish to edit your email back down below the last 400 block. If you pay to write up to 800 words, and use less than 400, your account will be credited appropriately, allowing you to write another email up to 400 words later.
