Welcome. My name is Jeanne de Senarclens. I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Integrative Psychotherapist. I help people to address the problems in their lives. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is located in City of London, London.

I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since January 2007 so I have more than 6 years and 4 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I work with Individuals. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and helping with the particular challenges they encounter. I have academic research experience in Cultural Issues, Depression, Exile Issues and Grief.

As well as being a Psychotherapist in private practice in City of London, London, I have experience as a Charity Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial assessment in City of London, London, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. We can take the opportunity to clarify the current or unresolved past difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported, develop your insight of your thoughts and how they may increase or decrease your symptoms, develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept and tailor therapy to you and your needs.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Brief Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Integrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
