Clinical Experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a professional member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). I work with clients either on an open-ended or a time-limited basis and work with a wide range of personal and work related issues.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

The first step is for us to arrange to meet for an initial session of up to 90 minutes to discuss your reasons for seeking help, and what you would like to get from counselling or psychotherapy (therapy). You will also have the opportunity during our first meeting to ask any questions about what happens in therapy and express any concerns. You are under no obligation to continue after the initial consultation.
