What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial assessment in Barbican, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. We may take the opportunity to discuss the life difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. I will then be able to assess if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.
