I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy consulting room is located in Spitalfields, London.

I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since September 2001 so I have more than 11 years and 8 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I also gained experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals, Couples and Groups.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After a preliminary meeting in Spitalfields, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We can use the time to explore the personal or professional issues for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to assess if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Experiential Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Phenomenological Therapy, Psychosynthesis Therapy, Relational Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Systemic Therapy and Transpersonal Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
