I have 13 years experience of private counselling and psychotherapy practice, and 20 years experience working in therapeutic communities with ex substance misusers, facilitating Art Therapy groups, and working with people with food problems.

I am influenced by Jung - I work with dreams and creativity, spirituality as well as the issues above.
