I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist. I have more than 10 years experience of one to one counselling and psychotherapy. I work integratively providing long and short term therapy. I also work with couples and psychosexual issues and have worked in the NHS, in the substance misuse field and with several charities.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

I work integratively, creatively and at the clients pace. I am experienced at treating emotional and psychological issues and with creating possibilities. My aim is to support and foster expanding consciousness and awareness. My hope is that the person concerned gets to know and accept who they truly are, in the process finding meaning in life and make their way through its difficulties. The clients who seem to benefit from the process most are those that commit and persevere doing the therapy, in the process getting to know themselves.
