I work with people to help them make sense of the thoughts and emotions they experience. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is located in Stroud.

I work with Individuals and Groups. I'm experienced in working with men and people from different backgrounds and cultures, and assisting with the particular concerns they face.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial consultation in Stroud, there is no requirement to proceed if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we will use the time to consider the particular issues for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to determine if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect.

As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Family and Systems Therapy, Group Humanistic Therapy and Humanistic and Integrative Therapy to assist people to get through the difficulties they experience.
