I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is located in Highgate, London.

I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since October 2009 so I have over 3 years and 7 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. In addition, I gained experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and dealing with the particular issues they face. My specialist experience is in Anxiety, Depression, Loss and Men's Issues.

In addition to being a Psychotherapist in private practice in Highgate, London, I have experience as a NHS Hospital Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial consultation in Highgate, London, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we can take the opportunity to clarify the current difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to assess if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Humanistic and Integrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to work with people to address the causes of problems and reduce symptoms.
