Clinical Experience in Psychology

I am a chartered Clinical psychologist with over 10 years post-qualification experience. I work with children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of difficulties who may need brief term therapy or ongoing psychological support. I am experienced in working with adults presenting with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and experience of trauma. I also work with how psychological factors impact on physical health and support adults going through life transitions. My work with children and teenagers includes improving self-esteem, addressing anxiety, social difficulties, difficulties at school, poor concentration and emotional and behavioural problems. I also support parents to manage challenging behaviour. I work both privately and within the NHS. My work in private practice means that I have worked with people of various ages from a variety of different backgrounds with a range of difficulties. I am happy for you to contact me prior to booking an appointment in order to discuss whether meeting with me would be appropriate and beneficial for your specific concerns or difficulties.
