Welcome. My name is Geoffrey Windham. I'm a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Senior Accredited (MBACP Snr Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist and UK Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP) Registered Independent (UKRCP Reg Ind) Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work with people's perceptions of themselves and others. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy consulting room is located in Brentwood.

A Counsellor and Psychotherapist since January 1992, I have 21 years of experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with Individuals and Couples.

As well as being a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice in Brentwood, I have experience as a University Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial appointment in Brentwood, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we may take the opportunity to explore the life challenges for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to ascertain if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
