What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy
After a preliminary meeting in West End, London, there is no obligation to continue if you prefer not to. As Client and Therapist, we may take the opportunity to explore the particular difficulties for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to be open to change.
As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Integrative Therapy and Phenomenological Therapy to assist people to alleviate their distress.

Additional Information
Before becoming a Psychotherapist I worked in the commercial world first as an Advertising Executive and later as a Management Consultant. I often find my commercial experience useful when faced with my clients' stresses and dilemmas bought on by the pace and complexity of modern living.
