What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy
After an initial consultation in Richmond, there is no need to continue if you do not wish to. You and I can take the opportunity to explore the current or unresolved past concerns for which you require Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect.
As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Jungian Analysis, Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Relational Therapy and Transpersonal Therapy to assist people to get through the difficulties they experience.
