Welcome. My name is Stathi Anthopoulos. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) and Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist. I assist people, each one unique, to work through their difficulties. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is located in Brixton, London. I also practise in Borough, London.
I have been a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist since February 2010 (Registered since February 2010) and a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since February 2013, so I have over 3 years and 3 months of post-accreditation experience of working with clients. I work with Individuals, Couples and Groups. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and helping with the particular challenges they face. My expertise is in Addictions, Depression, Low Self Esteem and Personal Growth.

After an initial consultation in Brixton, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we can use the safe space to explore the particular concerns for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs.
