Couples: first session set at £60.00, subsequent appointments between £50.00 and £70.00 - 50 minutes.
Families: first session set at £60.00, subsequent appointments between £50.00 and £70.00 - 50 minutes.

I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist for individuals and couples having difficulties with coping with their present lives. Self development, personal growth and exploration, managing crisis or change, or feelings of depression, loneliness and isolation. I am a relationship and sex therapist. I work with creativity,career and life changes, grief and loss. Also infertility, miscarriage and sexuality. I am UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

I work with what the client brings, looking at what the client feels they want to explore or resolve, for as long as they need to do so. I have an integrative background which gives me many tools. I use them as I feel appropriate to facilitate the client's full potential.

Clinical Qualifications in Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I am also a qualified supervisor of counselling and psychotherapy. I have a foundation training in systemic family therapy, and am nearing the end of of a two year sex therapy training.
