I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Counsellor. I provide professional counselling in Barnstaple North Devon, as well as telephone counselling and email counselling.

What to Expect during Counselling

I believe that each individual is unique therefore 'one size does not fit all' - one type of therapy does not fit all. I take an integrative approach in counselling, and would use different therapeutic models for different people. I like to create a 'safe' environment where people can freely express how they are feeling in the hope that by doing so, we can work together to gain the experience of a better quality of life.
