After an initial assessment in East Finchley, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we may take the opportunity to explore the current or unresolved past concerns for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment, concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported, develop your insight of your thoughts and how they may increase or decrease your symptoms and tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect.
