Clinical Experience in Counselling
I have a broad based experience working with many issues such as sexual abuse, relationships, self esteem, loss, depression, family issues and addictions. I provide a safe and relaxed environment for clients, working with them to achieve their goals or equally if a client is just needing a place to talk and be heard.
What to Expect during Counselling
I trained in Integrative therapy as I believe it provided me with the best foundation to work with clients. The core work is focused on the relationship between client and therapist as well as the working alliance. There are a number of tools used from other methodologies within integrative therapy which I use and feel are beneficial to my working relationships.Clinical Qualifications in Counselling
Advanced Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling 2006. As a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
