As Client and Therapist, we can take the opportunity to clarify the current challenges for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to participate.
As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Member (MBACP) Counsellor and Psychotherapist and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Existential Therapy, Experiential Therapy and Phenomenological Therapy to assist people to get through the difficulties they experience.
