Clinical Experience

As a Consultant and Psychotherapist I am highly experienced in both general aspects of Psychotherapy and Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapy. I have maintained a private practice in South West London for eighteen years working in both public and private sectors.

How I Work

I see men and women and couples of any sexual preference for general psychotherapeutic issues such as lack of meaning in life, dealing with expresssed and unexpressed anger or loneliness. I also work with specialised psychosexual and relationship issues including loss of desire and lack of communication.

I also work with couples and individuals who have issues with sexual compulsivity and internet addiction.

Clinical Training

My approach is integrative which means I am trained in all theories. However I work in a psycho dynamic way which is directive. I believe that short term focussed work can be effective. I think that psychotherapy should be about life and life should not be about psychotherapy.

Additional Information

I also run groups for men and women called 'communication relationships and sex'. The programme is for a group of five men and five women who are single or in dysfunctional relationships to meet and talk about communication relationsips and sex to meet once a week for ten weeks.
