I have gained extensive and varied experience, in relation to different client groups and presenting issues, through my work as a psychotherapist with mental health teams, local GP practices, substance misuse projects and charity settings.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

I practice integrative relational therapy, which means I create my own form of therapy from my experience of working with several psychotherapeutic approaches. As a relational therapist, I place the relationship between therapist and client at the heart of my work and see this relationship as an important part of the therapy process.

Clinical Qualifications in Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am in the process of completing my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute in London.
