I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since September 2007 so I have over 5 years and 8 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I also gained experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy to people from different backgrounds and cultures, and helping with the particular issues they face. I have academic and clinical research experience in Integration of Experience, Lack of Meaning in Life, Midlife Crisis and Spirituality.
In addition to being a Psychotherapist in private practice in Cambridge, I have experience as a Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Psychotherapist.

After an initial appointment in Cambridge, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. We will take the opportunity to explore the particular difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment and concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported.
As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Couple Therapy, Jungian Psychoanalytic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Psychosynthesis Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to work with people who experience problems in the areas of love, work or play.
