Individuals: first session set at £30.00, subsequent appointments between £25.00 and £35.00 - 50 minutes.
Couples: first session set at £37.50, subsequent appointments between £30.00 and £45.00 - 50 minutes.
Groups: first session set at £30.00, subsequent appointments between £25.00 and £35.00 - 60 minutes.
Approximate length of therapy: short term from 1 to 6 sessions, long term from 6 to 30 sessions or ongoing

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy
After an initial assessment in Naseby, Northampton, there is no necessity to proceed if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we can use the safe space to explore the current or unresolved past challenges for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to establish if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to be open to change.
As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) and Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Existential Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Person Centred Therapy to help people to address life problems.
