I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Psychotherapist and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapist. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is located in Silverton, Exeter.

A Psychotherapist since January 1981, I have 31 years of experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with Individuals, Couples and Groups.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

At an initial consultation in Silverton, Exeter, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we may make use of the supportive environment to assess the current or unresolved past challenges for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.
